The Ute Indian Housing Authority (UIHA), Fort Duchesne, Utah intends to identify and select an experienced professional grant writing consultant with a proven track record of researching, developing, writing, preparing, and submitting successful grant proposals for federal, state, and private foundation grants. Primary responsibilities include responding to grant opportunities selected by UIHA and provide supporting guidance. The successful firm will be offered a 1 year service contract with a cost limit to be determined by UIHA. The Ute Indian Housing Authority (UIHA), Fort Duchesne, Utah intends to identify and select interested accounting firms that provide Fee Accountant Services specifically for Indian Housing Authorities or Tribally Designated Housing Entities as defined in the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 (NAHASDA). CPA firms are highly preferred. Firms that have a strong working record with calculating and tracking Program and non-Program Income as it relates to IHBG Affordable Housing Activities will receive strong consideration in the review process. Additionally, firms should have sound knowledge in working with Microsoft GP and Housing Data Systems (HDS) software. The successful firm will be offered a 1 year service contract with a cost limit to be determined by UIHA.
